Welcome to our practice! My name is Noemi G. Taguinod and I have been a practicing dentist since 1997. I have two offices conveniently located in Norwalk and Anaheim, Ca. Our goal is to provide compassionate dental health care and outstanding service to the full satisfaction of every patient. Enclosed is your patient information and health history form that you can submit online. You may print it out for your own records but a copy will be automatically sent to our offices. Please fill out this form as completely as you can so we may be able to handle your dental needs safely and accurately for incomplete information may put your health at risk.
Our practice provides general dentistry including cosmetic (veneer crowns), restorative(white/silver fillings), prosthodontics (full/partial dentures, fixed crowns and bridges), endodontics (root canals) and oral surgery (tooth extraction). We also provide teeth whitening, braces or Invisalign.
On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental history, conduct a clinical examination and take the necessary amount of x-rays to make a thorough diagnosis. Upon beginning any dental treatment, we will make sure that there is a mutual understanding for the procedures that will be done. At this time, you make ask any questions regarding the procedures, fees and any other dental needs.
