Dr. Maria Balagtas is known for her gentle and creative touch. She enjoys helping each of her patients improve their health, appearance, and self-esteem by creating the smile of their dreams,and also maintaining the health and function of their teeth, gums, and bite.

Dr. Maria Balagtas earned her Degree in Dentistry at Centro Escolar University in 1987 where she completed her training in General Dentistry.

Dr. Balagtas is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry since 2001 & became an International Associate for Orthodontics in 2004.

She has completed various courses in the University of Southern California including Advanced Esthetic Dentistry Continuum and Esthetic Implant Restorations.

Advanced education and continuing dental study allows her to offer her patients a very superior dental experience and, an unparalleled level of quality care with the use of latest technology along with her personal magical touch.

Dr. Balagtas, together with one of her staff, Shundee, has recently been certified and completed the Standard Proficiency Course for Dental Laser Education. She continues to attend various study clubs and dental community meetings to update herself on the latest practice technology and trends in dentistry.

We accept most PPO insurances like Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, and Metlife. We also accept Medi-Cal/Cal-Optima for Kids and young adults till age 20.
